HR Executive

Job Description：

• Handle monthly payroll and overtime calculations for approximately 300 construction workers
• Check daily attendance and overtime records and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Prepare monthly workers' costing reports and maintain accurate payroll records
• Manage workers' leave applications, records and balances
• Coordinate workers' training, course registration and certification renewals
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other MOM-related matters
• Support workers' onboarding, offboarding and general HR administration
• Manage Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claim reporting and submission
• Handle IR21 tax clearance, air-ticket arrangements and workers' repatriation
• Maintain accurate and confidential workers' HR records

Job Resposbilities:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and payroll experience
• Experience handling construction workers, foreign worker administration or a large workforce is preferred
• Familiar with MOM work pass procedures, the Singapore Employment Act and relevant HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines independently
