About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and hiring skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers in coordination
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow up on joining for new hires

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and hiring metrics
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills with a Client-service mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Good to Have

• Experience in bulk/volume hiring or niche/technical hiring
• Exposure to employer branding
