HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines
• Prepare payroll reports and payroll summaries for Finance
• Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with statutory requirements
• Compute final salary payments, salary adjustments and new hire salary computations
• Support annual salary increment, bonus and incentive payout exercises.
• Administer employee benefits and claims, including WICA, maternity-related claims and Leave administration
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits records in HR system
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll and benefits matters.
• Handle employee queries relating to payroll, benefits and claims

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant payroll and Compensation & Benefits experience
• Familiar with Singapore employment regulations, CPF and payroll practices
• Experience in payroll processing, salary computations and benefits administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Infotech HR system
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage timeline independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
