HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related matters.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR matters.
• Assist with payroll and salary-related coordination.
• Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and performance management.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
• Positive attitude, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently in a growing startup environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
