HR Executive

Job Description: Executive – HRM department
The Human Resources Management (HRM) Executive is responsible for implementing managements plan and executing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, collection of data collection for performance evaluation, and compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities :

• Manage recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, arranging interviews, onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Support & collect data for performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Assist in HR reports, MIS, and documentation.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred). – with at least 2–3 years of experience but not more than 6 years of experience.

Working Conditions :

• Office-based role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing or corporate environment.
• · May require coordination with Production, QA, Accounts, Regulatory, and other departments.
