HR executive

Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment support, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates. Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR-related reports. Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees. Prepare and maintain employment-related documents and letters. Address employee queries and coordinate with management to resolve HR issues. Assist with payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and statutory compliance. Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities. Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed. Coordinate exit formalities, resignation documentation, and full & final processes. Prepare regular HR MIS reports and maintain HR databases. Support management in implementing HR policies and initiatives. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information. Problem-solving and coordination skills. Knowledge of HRMS/payroll software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,004.97 - ₹18,000.00 per month
