HR EXECUTIVE

About the role

Manage daily HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, overtime and HR documentation. Handle recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding. Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, show-cause letters and other HR-related documents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, punctuality, leave and disciplinary records
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted on time
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
• Handle employee grievances, workplace issues and disciplinary matters professionally
• Conduct employee onboarding and ensure new employees understand company policies, SOPs and expectations
• Monitor and update company HR policies, SOPs, forms and procedures
• Assist in performance management, KPI monitoring, appraisal and employee development
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Prepare HR reports and provide relevant information to management when required
• Organise employee activities, training, meetings and company events

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in HR or a similar position
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations and disciplinary management is an advantage
• Familiarity with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and Malaysian employment regulations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Google Sheets
• Experience using HR/payroll systems (SQL) is an advantage
• Good written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English
