HR Executive

We are seeking an HR Executive to join Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. As an HR Executive, you will be at the heart of our people management function, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, supported, and aligned with company objectives. Key responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee orientation
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure accurate and confidential documentation
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management systems
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian employment legislation
• Provide administrative support for HR operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation
• Assist with employee relations matters, including grievance handling and conflict resolution support
• Support the organisation of training and development programmes for staff members
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR executive or HR administrative role, preferably in the engineering or technology sector
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act and company benefits administration
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach to handling confidential employee information
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels of the organisation
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management
• Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding is advantageous
• HR certification (such as CHRP) or willingness to pursue professional HR qualifications
