- Handle recruitment coordination and on boarding
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR MIS
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift records
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts
- Address employee concerns and grievances
- Support audits and HR reporting
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Manage the complete Performance Management System (PMS) across the organisation.
- Develop and implement KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPA (Key Performance Areas) for various functions and positions.
- Work closely with business/function heads to define SMART goals, KRAs, KPIs and measurable performance parameters.
