You will play an integral role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee management, payroll, training and development, recruitment, and HR administration.

what You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee matters
• Handle monthly payroll processing and payroll-related activities
• Coordinate training and development programmes
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
• Manage attendance, leave and HR records
• Handle employee relations and HR administration
• Ensure compliance with employment and statutory requirements
• Support HR policies, employee engagement and other HR initiatives
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties when required

ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in Human Resource functions
• Experience in Payroll / Training and Development / General HR
• Background within a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
