HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for daily HR operations, payroll, recruitment, employee documentation and training coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
• Manage recruitment, interviews, offer letters and onboarding
• Prepare employment contracts and contract renewals
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave and employee information in the HR system
• Coordinate training programmes and HRD Corp-related matters
• Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR tasks

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from a local or international university
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of payroll and HR systems (HR 2000) is an advantage
