HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment activities, candidate coordination, employee communication, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Handle joining formalities and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and interview records.
• Support employee engagement and basic HR activities.
• Address routine employee queries professionally.
• Follow company HR policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Graduate / undergraduate with relevant skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹18,013.11 - ₹33,098.26 per month
