We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern or Fresher who is eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and hiring activities
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Coordinate with different departments regarding staffing requirements
• Assist in employee engagement activities
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks

Requirements

• MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any graduate pursuing/completed studies
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Punjabi
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
