HR Executive

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Executive to support our growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals

• Provide HR support to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity

• Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives

Job Specification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role with strong initiative, maturity, and exceptional working attitude are encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems
