HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential employee data.
• Coordinate with different departments for staffing and employee-related requirements.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field. Fresher to 2 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
