HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, training coordination, HR documentation, and compliance with labor regulations. The role supports the organization's human capital objectives by ensuring effective HR operations and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post job advertisements
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Address employee inquiries and concerns
• Promote a positive work environment
• Support employee engagement activities and events
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Prepare payroll data and coordinate payroll processing
