HR EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and capable HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of human resources operations. This role is well suited to a hands-on HR professional who is confident handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, industrial relations, and day-to-day HR advisory responsibilities.

You will work closely with employees and stakeholders across different levels of the organization, helping to ensure that HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and in line with relevant labor legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions.
• Handle employee grievances, disputes, disciplinary matters, and related follow-up actions.
• Develop, review, and implement industrial relations policies and procedures.
• Manage domestic inquiries and provide practical guidance on disciplinary and employee relations matters.
• Advise on applicable labor legislation, regulatory requirements, and their implications for the organization.
• Build effective working relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
• Support the consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization.

What we are looking for

• A recognized degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR working experience.
• Strong practical experience in employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary action, and domestic inquiries.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and its practical implications.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Computer literacy and experience using HR software.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A hands-on, mature, and solutions-oriented approach to HR management.
