Human Resource Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years | Location: Kolkata | Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Manage *recruitment and candidate follow-ups* from sourcing to joining.
• * Coordinate *employee onboarding, documentation, KYC, and induction*.
• * Maintain *attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation*.
• * Coordinate *KRAs, performance reviews, training, and employee engagement*.
• * Handle routine *employee queries and concerns* professionally.
• * Manage *exit formalities, handovers, and employee documentation*.
• * Prepare *weekly HR reports* covering hiring, attendance, onboarding, and pending issues.
• * Identify recurring employee issues and escalate them to management.

Required Skills:

• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Excellent follow-up and coordination ability.
• * Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• * Proficiency in *Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools*.
• * Strong documentation and confidentiality skills.
• * Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• * Proactive, organized, and responsible approach.

Ideal Candidate: A people-oriented and process-driven HR professional who can independently manage routine HR activities and ensure timely follow-up.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
