JAZZ Beats LLP is an emerging consumer electronics brand specializing in earbuds, neckbands, audio accessories, and smart lifestyle products. We are growing our team and looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support our employees and business operations.

Job Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.

* Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.

* Coordinate interviews and manage the joining/onboarding process.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.

* Handle employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations.

* Assist in payroll coordination and salary-related activities.

* Manage HR policies, company rules, and employee communication.

* Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

* Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.

* Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.

* Assist management in implementing HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong knowledge of recruitment and basic HR operations.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
