HR Executive

About the role

Handle daily HR and administrative activities, including recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation. Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents. Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, and manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related matters
• Assist with employee relations and HR enquiries
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed
• Liaise with government agencies and external parties when required
• Assist in staff welfare, training, and company activities
• Perform other HR duties assigned by management

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Able to speak and communicate in Mandarin/Chinese
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous HR experience is preferred
