HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Executive to manage the daily HR operations of our restaurant. The role involves handling recruitment, employee administration, and visa processes while ensuring smooth HR operations for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for restaurant staff (service, kitchen, and support positions).
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and employee documentation.
• Handle visa processes and government-related procedures for employees in the UAE.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and integration into the team.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor regulations.
• Act as the main HR contact for staff and management.
• Support general HR administration for the restaurant’s operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality or restaurants.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor law and visa procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
