HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Plant HR Operations.
• Attendance and shift roster management.
• Employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Employee lifecycle management.
• HR MIS reporting and monthly/annual HR reports.
• Ensure statutory compliance (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual).
• Coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
• Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Drive employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Conduct counselling sessions and improve employee morale.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for plant HR activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 6**-**8 years of Plant HR/Factory HR experience
• Qualification: MSW, MHRM, MBA (HR), or PGDM (HR).
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), and Labour Laws.
• Hands-on experience in attendance management, shift roster planning, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities.
• Good understanding of statutory compliances, factory regulations, labour law documentation, and audit preparedness.
• Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, counselling, and employee engagement activities.
• Proficient in preparing HR MIS reports, maintaining statutory records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Language proficiency: Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Willing to work from Bidar, Karnataka.
