HR Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work closely with employees and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage offer roll-out and onboarding activities.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

• Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs.

HR Operations

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data records.
• Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement

• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs.

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain HR reports and MIS.
• Support statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
