HR Executive

Job Description：

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment contracts, onboarding documents, and resignation procedures.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and related HR documentation.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, company activities, and other HR-related projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR processes.
• Good Mandarin communication skills to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
