• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as a HR Assistant/Executive, or relevant human resources position for a minimum of 3+ years.
• Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems.
• Experience with Recruitment and selection process.
• Excellent communication skills with good fluency in english
• Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Job Description

• Payroll Management.
• Attendance Management.
• Manage the recruitment,selection and orientation process.
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the
  management.
• Maintaining departmental records and reports for an easy retrieval of required data.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Proper handling of complaints and grievance procedures.
• Conducting various welfare activities at Head-Office.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
