HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling/conducting interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance records, leave management, and assist in monthly payroll processing.
• Ensure timely submission and compliance for statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN).
• Process staff claims and manage overall employee benefits and welfare.
• Assist in general HR administration, policy implementation, and handling basic employee relations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR or Administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS / ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and local labor laws.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
