HR Executive

Join Synactic Technology Sdn. Bhd., an international tooling solutions company established in 2004, as an organised and people-focused HR Executive supporting daily HR operations, employee development, workplace standards, and company policies.

What you’ll do

• Manage recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, staffing, replacements, onboarding, training, and development.
• Monitor performance and attendance, providing basic counselling where needed.
• Prepare job descriptions, competency matrices, employment agreements, job offers, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate foreign employee working-pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related trips.
• Support banking arrangements and medical or insurance claims.
• Maintain personnel files, HR databases, employee handbooks, organisation charts, and other employee records.
• Provide timely assistance to employees on HR matters, company policies, and work-related issues.
• Implement HR policies and monitor compliance with the department’s Quality Policy.
• Help maintain a safe and well-organised workplace, including 5S housekeeping and good facilities and utilities.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in human resources, personnel administration, or a related role.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment, employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and performance monitoring.
• Strong organisation skills with good attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to support employees and work with different teams.
• A proactive, responsible, and service-minded approach.
• An interest in workplace safety, 5S housekeeping, quality, and continuous improvement.
