What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and support new hire onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll and attendance-related matters
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee enquiries
- Assist with offboarding and exit processes
- Support HR projects and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: 9.30am-6pm
