What they need
Key responsibilities
- Plan workforce requirements and manage recruitment
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave and statutory contributions
- Manage onboarding, employee records and HR documentation
- Develop HR policies, KPIs and performance appraisals
- Coordinate employee training and development
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws
- Support foreign-worker administration, where applicable
- Build an effective HR structure for future growth
About you
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience is preferred
- Familiar with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Malaysian labour laws
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
