HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, documentation, HR operations, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Collect and verify employee documents.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
• Coordinate exit formalities, exit interviews, and full & final processes.
• Issue relevant HR letters and documents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
