HR Executive

Navicrow Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the organization in building and maintaining a productive workforce.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong people-handling abilities, and practical knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
• Address employee queries and support day-to-day employee-related matters.
• Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate with management when required.
• Manage exit formalities and employee documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/HR Executive role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Prior experience in the travel/tourism industry will be an added advantage.
