HR EXECUTIVE人力资源执行员

Job Descriptions:

• HRM role including employees attendance record, recruitment, C&B, and general administration.

• Execute recruitment activities such as man power analysis, sourcing for candidates, interview arrangement and conducting interview.

• Conduct new hire orientation to employees to ensure the employees fully understand about the company policies, benefits and culture.

• Update & maintain employee details in system.

• Update and maintain employees’ attendance record and leave application in system.

• Payroll month-end closing such as compile employees attendance and leave record.

• Oversee and checking staffs OT claim.

• Liaison with any government bodies such as EPF, HRD, SOCSO, local council and etc.

• Perform other HR & administration related duties as assigned by manager / management.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma and Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any field.

• At least 1 year of working experience in HR and general administration.

• Good in time management, interpersonal & communication skills

• Ability to converse comfortably with people at all levels including Expatriate from mandarin speaking country.

• Written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

• Initiative, high motivation, organized, systematic and good team player.
