- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Manage the complete joining and onboarding process, including documentation and verification.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate for salary-related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR-related matters.
- Prepare basic HR reports related to attendance, payroll, recruitment, and employee data.
Job Timings: 10 AM - 8:30 PM
Working Days: MON- SAT
