What they need
Drive arrangement training for Dentist to collect enough CPD point through participation in Dental Training for renewal of APC in the future.
Maintain and update the training dashboard monthly, ensuring all records and databases are complete, accurate, and well documented.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gap in performance of KPS’s staff.
Arrange training program to resolve performance issue.
Planning training path for each KPS’s staff according to budget for training activity.
Research, compare and register for free/budgeted training plan under HRDF/Government Institution/MARA/etc
Handle tracking & execution internal/external training and workshop under GiGiT Academy.
Monitor skill (technical & soft skill) staff in Operation to ensure good service toward customer.
Manage end-to-end registration process for external training.
Planning annual individual training for every KPS’s staff.
Giving quarterly induction training and explanation on company’s policy to all new staff.
Support other task within People Dept as requested by Top Management.
