HR EXECUTIVE

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and target-oriented HR Executive to support recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Collect and verify candidate documents.
• Maintain proper recruitment and joining documentation.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
• Meet recruitment timelines and assigned hiring targets.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously with accuracy and urgency.

Requirements:

• Any degree; HR/MBA qualification preferred.
• Freshers with strong interest in recruitment may apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
