AM Aesthetics is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team in Singapore.

📍 Work Location: Singapore

🏠 Candidates based in Johor Bahru are welcome to apply

💰 Salary: RM6,500 depending on experience

What you will be responsible for:

• Recruitment and interviewing
• Staff onboarding and offboarding
• Payroll coordination
• Attendance and leave management
• Employee records and HR documentation
• Staff welfare and employee relations
• HR policies and procedures
• Performance management and disciplinary matters
• Recruitment of clinic, sales, beauty and administrative staff
• General HR & administrative duties

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3–6 years of HR experience
• Is confident handling recruitment independently
• Has strong communication and people-management skills
• Is organized, responsible and able to work independently
• Has good knowledge of HR administration and payroll
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Has good spoken and written English
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Singapore HR / MOM experience is an advantage
• JB-based candidates must be willing to travel to Singapore for work
