What they need
- Administer employee attendance, leave and overtime records
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date
- Prepare employment-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters and resignation documentation
- Assist in organising staff training, employee engagement activities and company events
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, company policies and other relevant regulations
- Assist with general HR administration and any other duties assigned by management
