HR EXECUTIVE

HR EXECUTIVE

• Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions. Including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement ,learning & development, compensation & benefits.
• Manage staff payroll and incentives and ensure all the payroll activities and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly report.
• Coordinate the processing all necessary HR related documentation.
• Perform monthly statutory contribution.
• Conduct employee orientation and assist in recruitment activities.
• Update and maintain accurate personnel record and proper filing system.
• Assist in planning and implementing of training and development activities.
• Undertake other duties as required by management including supporting related administrative function.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess al least a Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalenl
• Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law/Employment Act will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonaland communication skill,with the ability to form good team work and with a positive work attitude
• Required language(s) :English,BM
