- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data updates.
- Update and maintain HRIS data in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR records.
