Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. In this full-time position in Belagavi, Karnataka, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening top talent to coordinating interviews and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure a positive and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations in India.
• Proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment.
