HR Executive

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within timelines.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, verification, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, rewards & recognition, and HR initiatives.
• Support the performance management and appraisal process.
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and other management reports.
• Conduct exit formalities and exit interviews and maintain relevant records.
• Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary inputs, attendance, incentives, and employee-related data.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing employee welfare and organizational development initiatives.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/ERP software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
