HR Executive

About the Role

Rider Hub Motor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and organized HR Executive to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the company’s day-to-day human resources operations, including payroll administration, employee records, recruitment, attendance and leave management, and general HR matters.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, handle confidential information responsibly, and ensure HR processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative activities
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and related records
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding
• Prepare employment-related documents, letters, and other HR correspondence
• Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure proper completion of required documentation
• Handle staff enquiries and provide support on general HR-related matters
• Assist with statutory submissions and employee-related matters such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
• Monitor employee confirmation, contract renewal, and other HR-related timelines
• Maintain and manage HR systems, databases, and records
• Assist management in implementing and maintaining company HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee disciplinary and administrative matters when required
• Ensure HR documents and employee information are handled with confidentiality
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external parties on HR-related matters
• Perform other HR-related and ad hoc duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in human resources or a related administrative role
• Knowledge of payroll processing and basic HR procedures
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
