HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processing
• Manage onboarding formalities for new joiners - documentation, orientation, and system access coordination
• Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and org chart
• Assist in monthly attendance tracking and payroll inputs (paid days, leaves, deductions)
• Handle employee queries related to leaves, policies, and HR processes
• Coordinate exit formalities including documentation, NDAs, relieving letters, and FNF inputs
• Draft HR communications - offer letters, appointment letters, warnings, and policy announcements
• Support performance management cycles - collecting KRA/KPI data and preparing reports
• Maintain compliance documentation and ensure adherence to labour law requirements
• Assist in engagement and culture initiatives - surveys, events, and recognition programs

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (GreytHR, Keka, or similar) preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
