Payroll Processing

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Validate inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime (OT), incentives, and deductions.
• Coordinate with the finance and accounts departments for salary and reimbursement disbursements.
• Generate and distribute monthly payslips and payroll summary reports. [1, 2]

Statutory Compliance

• Manage registrations, monthly calculations, and filings for Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI).
• Process Professional Tax (PT) and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) deductions and return filings.
• Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) computations, challan payments, and annual Form 16 issuances.
• Keep up to date with amendments in local labor laws, minimum wage acts, and factory/shops and establishment regulations. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Exits & Full & Final (F&F) Settlements

• Calculate and process full and final settlements for resigned or departing employees.
• Clear leave encashment, gratuity, and bonus payouts within mandated legal timeframes. [1, 2]

Audits & Documentation

• Maintain physical and digital statutory registers, employee records, and challan receipts.
• Assist internal and external auditors during compliance inspections.
• Address and resolve employee queries regarding payroll, taxes, and social security benefits. [1]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
