HR Executive

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Maintain all the pantry/canteen Activity.
• Employee recruitment and Employee Relation Handling
• Workplace conflicts handling/ Other HR generalist Activities
• 1 - 2 Years of experience Immediate Joiner.
• Degree/Master Degree in Human Resource/ with Maximum 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Should speak English / Tamil.

Pay: ₹22,126.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
