HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRMS systems.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and learning development programs.
• Help manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism.
• Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.
• Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and other key metrics.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• Candidates should be open to relocation within India as per business needs.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing close to our office locations.
• Exposure to HRMS tools, basic knowledge of labor laws, and payroll processing will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
• Must be enthusiastic about learning and growing within the HR field.
• Candidates will undergo a written test and a personal interview to assess their HR knowledge, communication, and behavioral skills.
