HR Executive

1. Managing employee attendance, leave tracking, and time-related reporting

2. Handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding

3. Planning and allocating production manpower effectively to meet daily operational

requirements

4. Preparing and managing ot schedules to ensure optimal workforce utilization

5. Monitoring manpower productivity and coordinating with department heads for

improvements

6. Processing accurate monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, deductions, and

benefits

7. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, labour laws, and other

legal requirements

8. Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and audit readiness

9. Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and

workplace culture

10. Overseeing onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

11. Ensuring employee safety, welfare, and adherence to workplace safety standards

12. Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills

13. Managing employee relations by addressing grievances and facilitating effective

communication

14. Supporting performance management processes and employee evaluations

15. Collaborating with management on HR strategies and policy implementation

16. Handling disciplinary actions and ensuring adherence to company policies

Pay: ₹11,026.09 - ₹33,132.19 per month
