About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day recruitment, attendance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Manage daily attendance, leave records, late marks, and employee movements.
• Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and salary-related data.
• Support employee engagement activities, training, and internal communication.
• Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports as required by management.
• Requirements:-
• Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Office/Excel and HR documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable coordinating with employees and management.
