HR Executive

About the role

You will support comprehensive HR functions including payroll, recruitment, work pass administration, employee relations, and HR operations to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions such as CPF, IR8A, and IR21 to ensure timely and accurate compliance
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate screening, interviews, and employee onboarding to attract and retain talent
• Administer Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to maintain legal workforce compliance
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate HR documentation to support workforce management
• Maintain employee records and update the AGHRM system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Coordinate training programs and employee welfare initiatives to enhance staff development and engagement
• Address staff enquiries and manage disciplinary and grievance matters to uphold workplace harmony
• Prepare HR reports and assist with HR compliance activities to support organizational governance
• Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations to ensure efficient department functioning

About you

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• 1–2 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Experience in payroll processing and Work Pass administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients
• Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and responsibility
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
