HR Executive

About the role

This role involves managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, from recruitment through to employee development and compliance. You will be responsible for recruitment processes, onboarding and offboarding, HR advisory support, and ensuring the organisation remains compliant with employment legislation and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews arrangement
• Prepare employment letters for selected candidates
• Handle the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding of all employees
• Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Provide HR support and advice to operation teams in accordance with regulation and company policies
• Assist in handling employee performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy
• Handle monthly payroll processing and preparation of payslips
• Administer training program of the company, including courses sourcing and maintaining training record of employees to enhance employee skills and productivity
• Support delivery of annual performance management program
• Organise company events and team bonding activities to foster a positive workplace culture

About you

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of combined HR experience across core functions
• Strong knowledge of employment acts, HR policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of InfoTech application is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capable of multitasking, prioritising, and working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ethics, integrity, and professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality
